I cannot recommend them more, Emma is a gentle guiding hand and it has helped me to be much calmer, kinder to myself and to cope with the stresses and strains of everyday life and more.

These sessions have had a really positive impact on my life. Each week focuses on a different aspect of mindfulness and a different meditation excercise.
I did a 5 week course of mindfulness with Emma, I had been suffering with anxiety, panic attacks and depression. The course was so helpful, It’s completely changed my life, I feel more in control over my thoughts and use the techniques daily, they are so simple, yet so effective and I couldn’t be more grateful. Emma has such a natural warmth to her I felt relaxed right away and couldn’t recommend her enough.
I found the whole course very interesting and I learnt a lot. This is just one of the things I learnt. I always thought because I had thoughts come into my mind in meditation I wasn’t doing it correctly or not getting it!! I have learnt over the past few weeks that this is normal and how not to focus on them but let them float in and out then before you know it no more thoughts just quiet and calm. DP
